Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular store visits to establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans for assigned territories
- Present product solutions and promotions to key decision-makers at client locations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotional campaigns
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular progress reports
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure product availability at partner stores
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail or FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for store visits
- Knowledge of Bandung retail market preferred
