Join Orang Tua Group's dynamic sales team as a B2B Sales Account Executive and drive revenue growth in Indonesia's competitive FMCG sector. You'll leverage your industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while representing one of Indonesia's leading consumer goods companies.
As a key member of our sales force, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market penetration strategies, analyze competitive landscapes, and implement innovative sales approaches. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in B2B FMCG market
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and sales proposals
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Deep understanding of FMCG distribution channels
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
