This is a full-time, onsite position based in Cebu City. You will manage a designated territory, nurture existing client relationships, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth by effectively promoting Hospeco's comprehensive product line and customized solutions. Collaborating closely with the sales manager, you will develop strategic account plans and execute targeted sales campaigns to achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM software
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in hygiene, janitorial, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City on a full-time basis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
