This is a premier opportunity for sales professionals to dive deep into the B2B landscape, managing high-value MNC accounts and contributing to significant infrastructure projects.
As an Account Executive, you will bridge the gap between technical construction solutions and client needs. We offer a supportive environment featuring a competitive basic salary of up to $4,000, supplemented by a generous variable bonus and a dedicated transport allowance. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors to expand market share.
- Manage a portfolio of existing MNC accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in alignment with client specifications.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure profitable project wins while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and post-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth areas within the West Region.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is preferred to facilitate client site visits (Transport allowance provided).
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
