- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the technical team to customize machinery solutions for specific project requirements.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.

- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery, construction, or engineering industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage a complex sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
