As a Sales Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise to build strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Your day-to-day will involve visiting client sites, understanding their unique operational needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive value. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the heavy equipment sector.
  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess project requirements and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
  • Provide expert consultation and tailored solutions to clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and market intelligence within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, engineering, or heavy machinery industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client locations across the region.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
