- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment sector
- Conduct regular site visits and technical consultations to understand operational needs
- Present tailored equipment solutions aligned with client specifications and budget
- Drive sales revenue by achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sale support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and sales documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Calabarzon region
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and client-centric mindset
