  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Willingness to work in Quezon City and conduct field visits as needed.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
