Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Execute daily sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash/credit transactions during on-site sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide regular progress reports to management regarding sales pipelines and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience using cash register systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
