  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts and travel partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive hotel occupancy
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports
  • Track sales performance and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote hotel services

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
