Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand company's market share
- Present and sell products/services using established methodologies
- Prepare sales reports, including activity, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- Collaborate with team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
