Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with approved customers to ensure repeat business and account growth.
- Identify and prospect new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the company's market share.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations to demonstrate value and address client concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline data, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to achieve win-win outcomes for the company and the client.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and public speaking abilities.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Malvar, Batangas.
