Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and retain existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analytics.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to close deals effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or Account Management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
