Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients in the Surabaya and East Java region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for account-related matters, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to expand the service portfolio within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit margins while delivering value to the client.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic territory planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value corporate deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify client pain points and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Surabaya business landscape and professional networking circles.
