Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the IT sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or distribution.
- Strong understanding of the PC hardware, software, and IT distribution market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
