Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts within the IT sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including technical support and logistics, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT sales, account management, or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of the PC hardware, software, and IT distribution market.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
