In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, driving revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities and building lasting partnerships with corporate clients. We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in pitching complex service solutions and managing long-term business relationships. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the B2B facility management sector.
  • Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders and corporate clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive site surveys to evaluate client facility requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and formal proposals to prospective partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, construction, or building services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to perform accurate field surveys and cost estimations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
