- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the heavy equipment sector.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with potential clients in the construction and industrial sectors.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery and service.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial machinery industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
