Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the IT sector.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to provide tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT, SaaS, or technology consulting industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
