Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for driving innovation in the Life Sciences sector? PERSOL is currently seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our genomics portfolio, responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders and driving significant revenue growth through expert consultation.
You will play a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy, leveraging your deep industry knowledge to solve complex client challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth within the genomics and life sciences market.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with researchers, lab managers, and procurement decision-makers.
- Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical support, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, market analysis, and performance reporting to leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the life sciences or medical device industry.
- Deep understanding of genomics, molecular biology, or laboratory workflow solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical data into compelling value propositions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
