Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for mobility and customer excellence? Safari Rent-a-car, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Sales Account Officer to join our growing team in Davao City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, managing end-to-end client relationships and ensuring that our vehicle rental solutions meet the specific needs of our diverse clientele.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and post-rental relationship management. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, persuasive, and committed to delivering world-class service to help Safari Rent-a-car maintain its position as a market leader in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract closure and post-rental follow-up.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and individual customers.
- Provide expert consultations on rental packages that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and rental agreements.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database of all accounts and sales interactions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Residing in or willing to work in Davao City.
