Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain the technical benefits of Puyat Steel products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Familiarity with the steel, construction, or building materials industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
