Alternatives Food Corporation is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Account Representative to join our team in Legazpi City, Albay. As a Sales Account Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish long-term client partnerships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Legazpi City and surrounding areas for client visits and meetings.
