Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for ingredients, equipment, and co-packing services.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of existing accounts to ensure long-term retention and identify upselling opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Deep understanding of the food industry, specifically ingredients or packaging/equipment, is highly advantageous.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team-oriented environment.
