Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized service
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling animal-related products to new and existing clients
- Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities in the Central Visayas region
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust approaches to achieve monthly targets
- Provide product training and demonstrations to clients to enhance adoption and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems
- Knowledge of animal care products or veterinary industry is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
