- Initiates and conducts weekly coordination meetings with planners to align production schedules with sales demand.
- Monitors, implements, and reviews production plans to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery.
- Manages sales accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzes market trends and sales data to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and logistics issues.
- Prepares detailed reports on account performance and production metrics for management review.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales account management or operations coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production schedules and sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local market in Aklan is a distinct advantage.
