- Manage and grow assigned client accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and business solutions
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure client satisfaction

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
