Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture a dedicated portfolio of existing accounts in the marine and industrial engineering sector.
  • Process orders for marine spare parts and industrial system components, ensuring timely delivery and accurate technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular account check-ins to identify future maintenance needs and upgrade opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to resolve client inquiries and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts within the CRM system.
  • Provide technical product advice to clients to ensure correct part selection and system compatibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong value proposition for existing clients.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Marine), Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B account management, preferably within marine, oil & gas, or industrial supplies.
  • Strong understanding of marine spare parts and industrial system lifecycles.
  • Proven ability to manage 'farmer' accounts, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical requirements and commercial needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
