Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive sales growth by actively identifying and acquiring new buyers within the Palembang region.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics and product teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customer issues.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the Indofresh brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required by the job scope.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
