Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth by actively identifying and acquiring new buyers within the Palembang region.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and product teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any customer issues.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the Indofresh brand.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required by the job scope.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
