- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding monthly targets for non-life insurance products.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and direct sales efforts in Davao.
- Manage and maintain a robust portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities within the local area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of insurance policies, applications, and documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth operations and policy delivery.
- Attend industry events and promotional activities to enhance the company's brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of non-life insurance products and industry regulations.
