BYD Automotive, a global leader in electric mobility, is looking for a dynamic Sales Accounts Senior Executive/Executive to join our team in Singapore. As we continue to dominate the passenger vehicle market, we are seeking a results-driven professional to manage distributor relationships, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence.

In this role, you will be the face of BYD, providing comprehensive sales support and ensuring that our distribution network operates at peak efficiency. You will leverage your understanding of the automotive industry to build strong client relationships, analyze market trends, and deliver a premium buying experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and support authorized distributors to ensure seamless vehicle sales operations and inventory turnover.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for BYD passenger vehicle models.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to vehicle handover.
  • Conduct regular site visits and dealer audits to ensure brand standards and operational compliance.
  • Analyze market competitive trends and provide actionable insights to management to adjust sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to resolve operational bottlenecks for distributors.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasting, and performance metrics for regional stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or an Automotive-related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales, account management, or vehicle distribution.
  • Strong passion for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and the sustainable energy landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders and distributors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and a second language to handle diverse clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint) for reporting.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
