BukuWarung is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Acquisition EDC Executive to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. We are looking for an experienced Sales Canvassing professional or Merchant Success Executive who is passionate about empowering small businesses through digital payment solutions. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants by selling our EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminals and ensuring seamless onboarding.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between BukuWarung and local merchants, helping them transition to cashless transactions. You will work directly with business owners, understand their unique needs, and provide top-tier customer service to ensure high retention rates. Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting market research and identifying potential leads in the Denpasar area.
- Pitching and selling BukuWarung EDC solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Onboarding new merchants and installing EDC terminals with technical precision.
- Training merchants on the usage of EDC devices and digital payment processes.
- Building strong relationships with merchants to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting daily/weekly to the sales manager.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, canvassing, or merchant acquisition (EDC/POS experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Denpasar area.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems and fintech is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (or strong conversational skills).
