Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets for SME loans and financial products.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the SME sector.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand client needs and financial pain points.
- Present and pitch financing solutions effectively to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit assessment and operations, to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Manage a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools and reporting systems.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services (SME lending preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and high energy levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or Marketing is an advantage.
