Iplanner Global is seeking a dynamic Sales Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive growth on the Shopee platform. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Raub, Pahang area. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new customers on the Shopee platform through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Raub, Pahang region
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress to management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Stay updated on Shopee platform features, policies, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development
- Familiarity with the Shopee platform and e-commerce marketplace dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
- Knowledge of local market conditions in Raub, Pahang is a plus
