In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly while providing exceptional support to both our sales representatives and our valued customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day sales administrative tasks, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records using internal management systems.
- Coordinate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service by addressing client inquiries via email and phone.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to assist management in tracking performance targets.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and tender documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP/CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a technical engineering environment.
