Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to track inventory and ensure timely delivery of furniture and handicraft items.
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update the company CRM database with current sales records and customer information.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment records in a timely manner.
- Assist in the organization of marketing materials and showroom displays as needed.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to support the management team in decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- A passion for interior design, furniture, or handicrafts is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
