De Halimun Guest House is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Admin & Accounting Staff to join our professional team in Badung. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless operation of our sales processes and financial record-keeping.

We are looking for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be the backbone of our administrative activities, ensuring that every transaction is tracked accurately and our operational flow remains efficient. If you are tech-savvy, comfortable with data entry, and eager to contribute to a growing business, we would love to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Compile and process sales reports to track business performance.
  • Perform regular 'check and re-check' procedures for online shop orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Support general shop operational activities to ensure a smooth guest and customer experience.
  • Conduct periodic stock opname (inventory checks) to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with management regarding daily financial summaries and petty cash management.
  • Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Admin, Sales Admin, or in an Accounting support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail with high numerical accuracy.
  • Familiarity with online shop management or e-commerce administrative processes.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Reliable, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
