Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in our CRM system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance against KPIs.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and marketing materials as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-first approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Bishan area regularly.
