Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the internal management system.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment of orders.
- Assist the sales team with administrative reports and documentation preparation.
- Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
