As a Sales Admin Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing sales orders, coordinating with production schedules, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status and inquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate CRM records, and resolving any administrative bottlenecks that may arise in the sales cycle.   • Coordinate all sales activities between the sales team, customers, production, logistics, and purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to track orders and resolve delivery issues efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, invoices, and quotations for management review.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
  • Assist in inventory management by coordinating stock availability with the purchasing team.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
