As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Admin & Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team in Tangerang.

You will ensure seamless order processing, provide exceptional technical support inquiries, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from initial quotation to final delivery.
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers regarding air dryer, filter, and nitrogen generator inquiries.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch of spare parts and equipment.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records using internal management systems.
- Prepare sales reports and performance tracking documents for management review.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or technical troubleshooting requests professionally.
- Follow up on pending invoices and ensure compliance with company payment policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing or technical industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; ability to communicate in English or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with air compressor or industrial machinery terminology is highly preferred.
