As the Sales Admin Manager, you will bridge the gap between our sales field team and back-office operations. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative workflows, maintaining accurate data records, and optimizing sales support protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily sales administration tasks to ensure high accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate between the sales department and internal cross-functional teams to streamline order processing.
- Maintain and audit comprehensive sales records, databases, and client documentation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support management decision-making processes.
- Monitor sales team KPIs and provide administrative support to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales administration office.
- Manage customer inquiries and address administrative concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or office management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with CRM software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a support team.
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
