Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales administration processes including order processing, inventory tracking, and performance reporting
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate sales team activities to ensure seamless operations and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets
- Create compelling product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials
- Analyze sales data and content metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content calendars with sales objectives
- Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM systems for sales tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of combined experience in sales administration and content creation
- Proven track record of developing high-quality content for consumer brands
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, SEO basics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and content performance metrics
- Ability to multitask effectively in deadline-driven environments
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting platforms
