Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Meet and greet potential clients to demonstrate products and services effectively.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a sales support role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid Singapore driving license is preferred for outdoor sales duties.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
