Join our dynamic team as a Sales Admin - Sales Marketing professional and play a crucial role in our customer experience and sales operations. In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers via WhatsApp, providing essential information about our products, pricing, inventory, and order status. You'll assist customers throughout the entire ordering process, from initial inquiry to final scheduling, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond customer communication to include order processing, inventory management, and coordination with various departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and maintain accurate customer records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to incoming WhatsApp messages regarding product information, pricing, inventory, and order status
- Assist customers throughout the entire ordering process until scheduling and delivery
- Process and track customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and databases
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Proficient in using WhatsApp and other communication platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
