NIXX is currently seeking a highly organized Sales Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that our partnerships run smoothly and our retail pop-up stores remain perfectly stocked to meet customer demand.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all sales partnership documentation, contracts, and administrative filings.
- Monitor inventory levels for all pop-up store locations to ensure zero stock-outs.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage timely product deliveries to retail outlets.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and inventory updates for the management team.
- Handle incoming inquiries from sales partners and resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all sales-related records and transactional history.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to performance tracking and outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Operations, or Office Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot inventory or administrative issues on the fly.
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
