We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to support our Electrical & Automation division. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end tender process, handle complex correspondence, and ensure all customer contracts are processed accurately and efficiently. Your role will serve as the vital link between our technical experts and our valued clients. You will be responsible for preparing professional tender submissions, managing client relationships through clear communication, and maintaining our sales database. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of the tender process, from initial inquiry to final submission and follow-up.
- Handle all official correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Prepare, review, and finalize customer contracts and agreements in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to gather necessary technical data for tenders.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and tender information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, quotation documents, and pricing analysis.
- Ensure all administrative documentation is filed correctly and easily retrievable.
Kualifikasi
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or tender management.
- Strong understanding of the electrical and automation industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
