Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales department in managing day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and process sales quotations, purchase orders, and customer invoices with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the client database and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and shipment schedules.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone, providing professional assistance to clients.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and summaries for management review.
  • Support the sales team in organizing presentations, brochures, and sales materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid documents and tender submissions as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
