- Manage complete sales order lifecycle including processing, tracking, and fulfillment coordination
- Facilitate seamless branch operations through effective communication and resource allocation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions to maintain satisfaction
- Process and reconcile payments accurately while maintaining financial documentation
- Support office operations through administrative tasks like document management and reporting
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize order processing efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive sales records and prepare periodic performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in sales administration or customer service coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
