You'll manage the entire sales order lifecycle from purchase order receipt to final documentation, maintaining accurate records that drive our business growth. As a key player in our operations, you'll collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and optimize administrative workflows. Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive and validate purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create and maintain sales orders in the company system with meticulous attention to detail
  • Coordinate with sales teams to verify order specifications and customer requirements
  • Prepare and process sales documentation including contracts, invoices, and shipping notices
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all sales transactions

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3 degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or order processing roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong numerical aptitude and data entry accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
