Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process sales documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) processes and ensure timely collection of payments
- Maintain petty cash records and manage cash flow for sales operations
- Prepare accurate sales reports and financial statements on a regular basis
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure seamless transaction processing
- Monitor sales targets and track performance metrics
- Assist in resolving customer billing inquiries and discrepancies
- Maintain organized filing systems for all sales-related documents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
